This proposal is an attempt to reimagine a conventional suburban layout to foster a sustainable and 
community-focused living environment in Morwell. Integrating Country, multi-residential units, exterior spaces, and an energy microgrid, the design envisions a vibrant and conscious neighbourhood within Morwell’s industrial landscape.

A restrained reworking of facade and interior, using small moves to shift light, texture and spatial rhythm. The project focuses on low-impact materials and circular strategies, allowing the existing structure to stay present while introducing a quieter, more open workplace atmosphere.
